What do you like best about LeanData? LeanData solves process, workflow, and update issues that Salesforce isn't able to solve — unless you write a crazy amount of Apex code.

What do you like best about LeanData? I love how easy it is to debug the issues and review the logs for the assigned records to find out how and why they got assigned to the particular rep. and take necessary steps

What do you like best about LeanData? The amazing support and intuitive interface, the platform is easy to use and digest. The product team cares to hear about what is working and what can be improved.

What do you like best about LeanData? I love LeanData's audit logs and how easy it is to test/map a Lead's routing history. We also love how easy it is to update, making complex processes very simple to visualize and change. We also love how we can route custom objects and manage different routing rules based on specific campaign memberships. The onboarding was phenomenal, and the technical team was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us cover even our most bizarre corner cases.

What do you like best about LeanData? Leandata has a very visual graph for creating a routing map and has quite a bit of options for accounts, leads, contacts & opportunities. It also has this new feature called "Bookit" haven't tried it but it seems to be pretty cool for booking sales calls. It is a separate pricing. It also has a very detailed log, which you can easily dig into routing errors.
