Great resource for IDing web visitors

What do you like best? I love how Leadfeeder identifies companies that have visited our website. What do you dislike? I dislike that the free version only provides 3 days worth of information. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Since we're only using the free version, I know we're missing out on valuable information, so my only problem is we've not signed up for the paid version.
