What do you like best about LeadDesk? It has significantly streamlined out lead Management process. "Easy to use contact centre software - good value for money!"

What do you like best about LeadDesk? Easy to use for our agents and teamleders to get a useful overview of todays sales. What do you dislike about LeadDesk? Hard to make specific changes to different setups. What problems is LeadDesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Nice and simple journey from phone call to a payable customer.

What do you like best about LeadDesk? The reporting tools are especially important to us because of the increasing need for insight and measurment of different KPIs and/or OKR.
