What do you like best about Lead Honestly? I like that the tools allows you to set up different "playbooks" from which to draw questions from. These "playbooks" can contain questions which are specific to an employee's role or title within the organization. If you have a large enough pool of questions from which the tool can select, it can introduce some variety so that users aren't feeling like they are always being asked to comment on the same things every time.
