What do you like best? Ease of use, dashboard. Clear format and the ability to change or add different filters are great. Love that it breaks it down to our very targeted sales areas so leads are easy to be distributed. Adds to our partner program and the ability to hand leads to our customers. What do you dislike? What do you like best? There is nothing I like about this software nor the exorbitant fees charged for zero results! What do you dislike? Their account manager, Bethan Jones, doesn't listen and you end up repeating things over and over. She is a robot - do the four step process and you'll get results is all she can trot out. We did the four step process many times and it never worked. When we asked to cancel the contract she stated that we had to see the contract through to the end. ...

What do you like best? I think if you are targeting very small companies, there are some good benefits to their system, and I do believe in the approach. The problem is in their honesty. What do you dislike? Plain and simple... they did not deliver what was promised. I was not born yesterday and have run 4 companies, so I do not take it lightly when I was sold by someone who knew my company was not the right kind of client for them.
