Great Customer Service
What do you like best? My account rep, Caroline Neidlinger, has been great! She is friendly, enthusiastic, and provides helpful tips and insights! What do you dislike? A deal pipeline with automations would be a nice addition to the platform. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Enables us to know who is interested in our brand, and what they are specifically looking for so that we can follow up with knowledge and confidence.

What do you like best? My account rep, Caroline Neidlinger, has been great! She is friendly, enthusiastic, and provides helpful tips and insights! What do you dislike? A deal pipeline with automations would be a nice addition to the platform. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Enables us to know who is interested in our brand, and what they are specifically looking for so that we can follow up with knowledge and confidence.

Great Service for Lead Generation
What do you like best? We love Lead Forensics. It's a great additional resource that our sales team uses on a daily basis. The information that we have access to is great for both Sales and Marketing departments. Anytime I have a question about a feature or function within the portal, the Lead Forensics support staff is always there. What do you like best? Great insights into web traffic, very easy to navigate the dashboard, our customer success manager Alex Glick is awesome. What do you dislike? nothing really with the platform itself but i would say it skews more towards higher traffic, higher volume sales businesses. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Knowing who has/is visiting our website. Being able to contact companies with a slightly warmer intro
