It's not magic so your company has to work to be maximize the value of Lead Forensics. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The service itself is invaluable but the customer service is incredible. Clarissa and Caroline are first-rate and helped make the purchase and training enjoyable and effective. What do you like best? The onboarding process is the only thing that went well. Unfortunately for us it was not the most important part to leverage ROI. What do you dislike? - unreliable data. it makes the tool useless basically. our campaigns bounced 60% of the time (my stats for 9 months of un-interrupted use - poor matching rate between the websites visitors and their database.
