What do you like best? Our Customer Success Manager, Taka Maki, has been incredibly helpful and upbeat in his enthusiastic dedication to our Lead Forensics account. We were up and running in no time, and easily integrated our Salesforce CRM in minutes, not days or months. Great customer service that doesn't drop you as soon as they get your money
What do you like best? Alexander Glick, our new Customer Success Manager, has given us several actionable ideas to boost the value we get from our website leads. What do you dislike? It's not magic so your company has to work to be maximize the value of Lead Forensics. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our website traffic is on target but we need to be more active in pursuing leads.

What's not to like?
What do you like best? The service itself is invaluable but the customer service is incredible. Clarissa and Caroline are first-rate and helped make the purchase and training enjoyable and effective. Worst marketing investment ever
What do you like best? The onboarding process is the only thing that went well. Unfortunately for us it was not the most important part to leverage ROI. What do you dislike? - unreliable data. it makes the tool useless basically. our campaigns bounced 60% of the time (my stats for 9 months of un-interrupted use - poor matching rate between the websites visitors and their database. Our traffic mostly comes from the US, where they have supposedly the best match - false promises. ...
