What do you like best? The Lead Forensics product is amazingly easy to use and really helps me to focus my client acquisition efforts. Alex Glick, our customer success manager, was patient, but didn't waste time in training us on this product. What do you like best? What I like best about Lead forensics is being able to see how many times people have visited our website, how long they were on our website, and what pages they are spending time on. I have also enjoyed the customer service aspect of bi-annual check-in meetings. What do you like best? Seeing who visits the website, their timing and multiple visits, which products are specifically looked at, which drawings are downloaded, and who has responded to a clickable link in a direct campaign. What do you dislike? Really nothing to dislike about how it functions. The one obvious shortcoming is that you do not get a person's name, only their company name. When a smaller company visits, tracking down the correct engineer to prospect to is possible. But ...
