Helps to identify who came to my site

What do you like best? The software helps me and the sales team to identify companies (reverse IP-tracking) that come to our site. This way, we can follow up accordingly, and as a marketer, I can turn those visits into 'bottom-of-the-funnel' early-stage leads by placing them in my nurturing campaigns. What do you dislike? As a marketer, I like everything. The only complaints I am getting come from the sales team. The sales want more leads and Lead Forensics can be a distraction ...

Powerful tool, excellent instructions

What do you like best? The Lead Forensics product is amazingly easy to use and really helps me to focus my client acquisition efforts. Alex Glick, our customer success manager, was patient, but didn't waste time in training us on this product. I felt that the whole team, from the initiator to the success manager, is very focused on my company's success in using Lead Forensics. Very excited to see how this affects our overall trend and sales efforts. What do you dislike? Nothing to ...

Useful tool to understand how website seo, web ads, foreign ads, and general marketing are working.

What do you like best? Seeing who visits the website, their timing and multiple visits, which products are specifically looked at, which drawings are downloaded, and who has responded to a clickable link in a direct campaign. What do you dislike? Really nothing to dislike about how it functions. The one obvious shortcoming is that you do not get a person's name, only their company name. When a smaller company visits, tracking down the correct engineer to prospect to is possible. But ...
