Please Look around before purchasing Lavu.
This has been the most frustrating experience I have had operating my business. From the beginning I was oversold equipment that did not work and were in the testing stages. I own a pizza business looking for help with delivery. Their software didn't do what it was sold to do. I was invested as I used their leasing agent so I had no recourse. the onboarding process has been very difficult. equipment has been on site for several weeks and it is still not functioning. my onboarding rep has missed several appointments to complete the setup. i am currently paying for two pos systems, and at this point i am wishing that i would have gone with a different system.

I have problems getting Lavu to accept a new pin for new hires. It’s been explained to me the reason is someone else in the system is using the same number. Tech support helps me every time… only took 10 minutes!
