Closing Ticket and Getting Home
I had a ticket that would not close and it was preventing me from doing the end of night paperwork. I called and the technician had the situation cared for within minutes.

card reader was offline in our cafe…
card reader was offline in our cafe this morning. i called support. i got thru to a person immediatley. they walked me through resetteing the printers. took about 15 minutes to get both registers back on line. very friendly. very helpful
