Roy stayed on the phone with me for about an hour to help me connect our receipt printer. He stayed patient and kind during our entire phone call. He was extremely helpful by not just asking me to go through the motions, but explaining each step so that I understood what was going on and learning.

Props and Kudos to LAVU support and onboarding specialists
I have to give props and kudos to the engineers / technicians who provide support for Lavu. I was tasked with upgrading hardware, getting current with the newest Lavu release, and setting up new EMV chip card readers. I was able to set up a phone call with a splendid fellow named Rahul who was an onboarding specialist. Great customer service from Roy. We ordered a card reader that wasn’t compatible to our system by accident and we were immediately notified via email and called customer service. Roy helped us get out refund and cancel our order.
