What do you like best about Lavu? The best part of Lavu is that it is handling the growth of our winery. The reports are awesome! I’ve been very happy lately with the customer service Lavu has been providing. In this particular case, the rep looked into my case. He wasn’t able to find an obvious problem with the credit card reader, or communication between Lavu and our credit card processor and suggested a three way call with our processor. It showed that he wasn’t giving up until a solution was sought.

What do you like best about Lavu? The simplicity of the POS and how smooth and easy it is to learn. What do you dislike about Lavu? I haven't seen many things that I dislike about it. Recommendations to others considering Lavu: N/A What problems is Lavu solving and how is that benefiting you? Have no issues in the works with Lavu, and normally if an issue does arise, it is taken care of.
