What do you like best about Lavu? Lavu is a robust POS software that keeps me informed about my business performance. What do you like best about Lavu? The menu structure works well with our extensive selection. It is relatively user friendly and has an administrative creation website that works well. What do you dislike about Lavu? Concern about costs/price. We don't want to have to change our point of sales systems to another platform but if prices rise, then we may have to. "Inspired to Use Lavu"
What do you like best about Lavu? It's extremely easy to work with on the Ipad. What do you dislike about Lavu? I really don't have anything other than getting more training videos on how to use certain functions for free if possible. What problems is Lavu solving and how is that benefiting you? It's compatible with wifi and the reports are easy to print and keep track of. Our accounting department is happy about that part.

What do you like best about Lavu? The POS front-end interface is simple and easy to use for high-volume restaurants What do you dislike about Lavu? Technical customer service can be lacking. The split check feature is confusing and not super functional. Glitches occur with sending orders and occasionally losing data. What problems is Lavu solving and how is that benefiting you? n/a

What do you like best about Lavu? The ease of making changes with menu items and categories as our items change often. What do you dislike about Lavu? Some reports do not always tie out with each other. What problems is Lavu solving and how is that benefiting you? They have worked with me to resolve any reconciliation issues which is helpful with financial reporting.

What do you like best about Lavu? Lavu is a cloud-based POS and so data and reports are delivered in real time. What do you dislike about Lavu? The support is outsourced and not very good. Reports are inaccurate for companies with multiple locations. This is a bug that was reported years ago and never fixed. The gift card integration is buggy. One of the most disappointing aspects is the offline mode which is non-existent although it is an advertised feature. What problems is Lavu solving ...

Allen was an amazing help to me today
Allen was an amazing help to me today. I was on call with his coworker but the call kept getting disconnected until he decided to help me and I couldnt be more thankful as my printer stopped working last night. He was very patient and made sure to walk me through every steps. Thank you so much again!!!!
