What do you like best about LaunchDarkly? The product is so simple to use. It removes any need for feature branches and the overhead that comes with them. We have trained our product team to use the tool and they now decide when software is released. What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly? I would like to see an easier way to propagate targeting across environments. What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving several problems with LaunchDarkly. "Easy for customer-facing teams to manage"

What do you like best about LaunchDarkly? Easy to find flags and quickly enable or disable for our customers. We also leverage a Slack integration so that we can monitor changes. What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly? Would be cool to see a little easier way of which "customers" have which flag. Recommendations to others considering LaunchDarkly: Encourage communication between eng and customer-facing teams to make sure the naming conventions of the flags are consistent. Make descriptive ...

"LaunchDarkly has tremendously cut down on prod patches!"

What do you like best about LaunchDarkly? LaunchDarkly has great up time! They also have first class Terraform support. What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly? The raw API clients for manually manipulating flags are a bit rough (just generated with Open API). But most companies wouldn't need to use them. What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you? Now that we are using LaunchDarkly, we don't need to patch prod as often. Any larger change gets a feature flag, so we ...

What do you like best about LaunchDarkly? LaunchDarkly really simplifies testing new features against production workloads. With LaunchDarkly's feature flags I can feel confident that a feature can be tested against one, or a few, clients then rolled back instantly with one click if there is an issue. What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly? Feature flags require developer buy-in to really aid your test and deployment process, though once they are used to using them it becomes a standard ...
