What do you like best? Being able to give credit to the coworkers who really go above and beyond. I like that settings can allow others to view performance reviews or for reviews to be shared privately. What do you dislike? You need Lattice in your organization!
What do you like best? Love how it keeps my goals & priorities organized and transparent with my manager! What do you dislike? At first it is a little tricky to navigate, non-intuitive. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is a great tool, especially if you don't already have anything in place! What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? the option to write shared comments and private ones in 1:1. Nice way to go from one employee to another What do you dislike? Super simple and easy to use!
What do you like best? The platform is super simple and easy to use. Other performance review software feels outdated, but Lattice looks fresh and inviting. What do you dislike? Just good
What do you like best? Simple UI. Simple structure. Fast login in. What do you dislike? Not very clear the colour scheme. It should be a little bit cleaner where the feedback button is. I confused it with the help buble. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Giving fast and easy feedback for everybody.

Lattice is great!
What do you like best? The 1:1 feature is a great way to provide support to direct reports. I also like being able to give and receive feedback through this system. What do you dislike? it is an additional system to learn and manage. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? being able to provide communication to employees.
