What do you like best? My favorite aspect about Lattice is how user friendly it is and how simple it is to use. It's clear and concise and not cluttered with extras. What do you dislike? There really isn't anything I dislike about Lattice, but if I had to pick one thing, it would probably be the automated reminders. I'd prefer to schedule what reminders I'd like to receive. What do you like best? I really like how you are able to organize 1x1s and give/receive feedback What do you dislike? I don't love all the reminders on slack from Lattice, but I'm sure I can change this setting. Recommendations to others considering the product: n/a What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Staying more organize in meetings with agendas that everyone can view beforehand and also giving more feedback to others.

What do you like best? My company has recently switched Performance Management applications and I definitely prefer Lattice because of its various capabilities from managing company and individual goals, setting up an agenda for a 1 on 1 meeting with your manager, and giving "praise" to show appreciation to colleagues. Easy to use!

What do you like best? It's very easy to keep track of your goals for both yourself and you co-workers. It helps to improve communication between employees and employers. What do you dislike? So far there's really nothing that I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're using it to give recognition to employees who have demonstrated excellent work, as well as to keep track of goals in order to progress your career.

What do you like best? I like the ability to both add notes from the employee and manager side. The to-do's and discussion points are also super helpful. What I find most helpful is to have the archive of meeting notes and to-do's just in case I need to go back and reference. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Lattice has been a fantastic performance management tool over the years. As a long-time employee, I am able to review my performance from years ago, and see how I have grown. What do you like best? Lattice's has proven effective for myself as well as my organization in that it breaks down objectives into an almost critical path, helping you outline every step of the way.
