Best tool for work
What do you like best? I love about this tool that you can easily answer all your manager questions and you are warn once they checked them and they answer. What do you dislike? Simple, easy, and does what it's supposed to!
What do you like best? I like that Lattice can integrate with Slack, and has the ability to publicly recognize peers, but also allows you to send reviews to your coworkers directly, or to their managers. What do you like best? Lattice is an awesome tool for managers to engage with their team and create alignment. Wonderful ,very easy to use and keep track of goals!
What do you like best? I like how Lattice is very easy to use and helps me keep track of my current goals. I can update goals on a weekly basis. What do you dislike? Lattice has been smooth and efficient to do 1on1 virtually
What do you like best? The ability for all people on meetings to add action items/talking points What do you dislike? There is nothing that I dislike currently What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Problems we are solving are creating meetings earlier in the week for individuals to actively add talking points/action items.

Hands-Down Best Customer Support Tool
What do you like best? Easy to submit performance feedback for my colleagues. It also provides a sleek UI for tracking KPIs against company goals What do you dislike?
