Lattice has been an incredible HR upgrade for our company.

What do you like best? Lattice is easy to use. The onboarding for our company was quick and simple. We were able to dive right into our H1 performance reviews with minimal questions. Pulse surveys, NPS surveys, weekly 1:1's etc are all easily tracked and monitored in Lattice. Such an awesome tool. What do you dislike? Nothing! Great for team feedback

What do you like best? The live notes are great to communicate with your team. What do you dislike? The software could be more robust. Though it hits most areas. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to organize my discussions with my lead.

Easy to use feedback tool

What do you like best? I like that the interface is simple and streamlined, allowing me to really focus on providing and receiving feedback without much distraction. What do you dislike? It is impossible to edit or address feedback once it has been submitted. You'll receive plenty of warning before you submit, so be sure before you submit. The slack integration is amazing. It makes feedback happen quick and easy. Super user friendly

What do you like best? The best feature in my opinion is the integration with slack. LOVE that What do you dislike? sometimes it's too convenient so I go through it fast and wish I could edit my responses because I hit the incorrect button once and it effected our company score. Lattice is perfect for performance management and growth

What do you like best? Lattice makes building stronger relationships internally and paving a growth journey for every role easy and accessible. Lattice has got it all when it comes to performance management - and it's so intuitive!

What do you like best? I love that it syncs with google calendar and schedules the 1:1s automatically. Also, it's very intuitive, and makes the whole feedback proccess a lot easier. What do you like best? Lattice helps me as a manager to keep track of the progress we've been making as a team, and really dive into the performance.
