What do you like best? Lattice gives quick, easy, and confidential way to give performance reviews. It allows us to reduce the time spent on reviews. Easy to Use

What do you like best? It autosaves which is really nice when I forgot to save that one time and closed it. Easy to compare all my reviews. What do you dislike? The editor doesn't support pasted formats and I have to manually reorder things. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're using it to formalize feedback giving and review cycles. It automates a lot of things and makes managers' jobs easier.

Easy to Collaborate, Great App for Reviews

What do you like best? What I love about Lattice is how it integrates with software like Google Calendar and Slack. I especially like the integration with Slack, because as I think of things to discuss in one-on-ones and other reviews, I can add items to the agenda right in Slack. Love Lattice!

What do you like best? Everything is super straightforward and the system is very easy to use. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to be notified when my manager adds an agenda item to my meetings, and vice versa. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I can add/edit 1:1 items anytime, so I don't have to scramble day of to get an agenda together. The platform is very clean and user-friendly. What do you dislike? Great Performance Management Software!

What do you like best? Lattice is simple and easy to use. It makes adding my work into it very simple. What do you dislike? Sometimes I forget to provide weekly updates, adding push notifications could help that. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Best app for 1:1 meetings

What do you like best? Lattice has a great feature where it suggests a question from recommended talking points. Those questions are great and I've always had a really interesting conversation because of the question. The questions get you to discuss and take action on small but important things to make your job interesting and efficient. What do you dislike? I don't like that there's no way to automatically roll over an agenda or action item to the next week so we can follow up ...
