Great tool for improving efficiency + collaboration

What do you like best? Lattice does exactly as it says, helped with performance management. Everyone is busy in their days and we, unfortunately, don't always have time to thoroughly prepare for all internal meetings or 1:1's. Lattice allows you to collaborate back and forth, update agendas together, learn about your teammates and plan your week. What do you dislike? Best tool for work

What do you like best? I love about this tool that you can easily answer all your manager questions and you are warn once they checked them and they answer. What do you dislike? Wonderful ,very easy to use and keep track of goals!

What do you like best? I like how Lattice is very easy to use and helps me keep track of my current goals. I can update goals on a weekly basis. What do you dislike? Nothing at the moment that I currently dislike! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lattice helps me keep track of my goals. I can keep track of the progress that I have made!

What do you like best? Lattice's design is a breath of fresh air compared to a lot of HR/Review software I have used in the past. It is easy to use and nice to look at. What do you dislike?
