Lattice has got it all when it comes to performance management - and it's so intuitive!

What do you like best? I love that it syncs with google calendar and schedules the 1:1s automatically. Also, it's very intuitive, and makes the whole feedback proccess a lot easier. Works WITH me, not against

What do you like best? Lattice is a fully integrated platform that fits nicely into my workflow. It isn't a hassle to use and it has become a great asset in communicating with leadership and giving/receiving feedback from my peers. What do you dislike? Great way to connect with my manager and company

What do you like best? Personally I enjoy that it integrates into Slack which allows me to prepare for my 1:1 without event having to move to another window. Also my organization send outs surveys through Lattice that can be answered in Slack as well.
