Lattice has provided a source of truth for tracking what I'm working on and my progress towards those goals, as well as what my direct reports are working on and how they are growing. What do you like best about Lattice? The analytics - particularly for the employee engagement surveys. There are so many ways to split and analyze this data and it's super helpful. Helps in pushing many tasks forward

PROS: Lattice is a new platform in our company, and I personally think it really cool for helping us move towards individual and organizational objectives. Useful for weekly updates and 1-on-1 meetings, since it keeps things personal and fruitful. It helps employees become more productive depending on their assigned tasks too, instead of merely doing some things at the office.

Easy to track performance through interactive ways

PROS: It features a super convenient interface that helps me create quality performance reviews instantly. It also lets me check the reviews I make. Then, I can put them along with my managers’ comments so we can seamlessly view all in one spot. This really makes the processes more interactive and enthusiastic for us.

Superb performance review tool for different companies

PROS: Helps me in completing performance reviews effortlessly, especially that it has reliable cues as guides and a super sleek UI. It is also wonderful that Lattice allows me to check reviews of my team members about their own selves. It encourages everyone to leave reviews for others to see, including some that are intended for me. I am having fun seeing if I really know some people in the company too.

Robust performance management software

PROS: This is helpful because I can jot down all the wonderful things my coworkers do. It lets me make performance reviews about them conveniently, then I can choose how others can view such feedbacks. I can even set reviews so they’d directly reach a particular individual or the right manager.
