Love Lattice!

What do you like best? Everything is super straightforward and the system is very easy to use. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to be notified when my manager adds an agenda item to my meetings, and vice versa. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better employee/manager 1:1 meetings.

What do you like best? I can add/edit 1:1 items anytime, so I don't have to scramble day of to get an agenda together. The platform is very clean and user-friendly. What do you dislike? Great platform for employees, managers and leaders.

What do you like best? From my point of view a great part in this tool is asking for feedback and waiting for feedback. Great Performance Management Software!

What do you like best? Lattice is simple and easy to use. It makes adding my work into it very simple. What do you dislike? Sometimes I forget to provide weekly updates, adding push notifications could help that. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lattice helps keep me on track and in sync with my manager. Its helped us stay connected during quarantine.

Best app for 1:1 meetings

What do you like best? Lattice has a great feature where it suggests a question from recommended talking points. Those questions are great and I've always had a really interesting conversation because of the question. The questions get you to discuss and take action on small but important things to make your job interesting and efficient. What do you dislike? Lattice has been an incredible HR upgrade for our company.

What do you like best? Lattice is easy to use. The onboarding for our company was quick and simple. We were able to dive right into our H1 performance reviews with minimal questions. What do you like best? The live notes are great to communicate with your team. What do you dislike? The software could be more robust. Though it hits most areas. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to organize my discussions with my lead.

What do you like best? I like that the interface is simple and streamlined, allowing me to really focus on providing and receiving feedback without much distraction. What do you dislike? It is impossible to edit or address feedback once it has been submitted. You'll receive plenty of warning before you submit, so be sure before you submit. The slack integration is amazing. It makes feedback happen quick and easy. Super user friendly

What do you like best? The best feature in my opinion is the integration with slack. LOVE that What do you dislike? sometimes it's too convenient so I go through it fast and wish I could edit my responses because I hit the incorrect button once and it effected our company score.
