What do you like best? Lattice has helped our team maintain up-to-date visibility on key goals and ensure all team members' efforts are aligned to our most important priorities. Lattice makes setting and reviewing goals easy
What do you like best? Lattice displays the goals you've set in the past when doing self-evaluations, making it easy to grade and reflect on the past. What do you dislike? Compared to other tools there are a lot of choices, which can be overwhelming. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It definitely takes less time and is far easier to check on historical goals when using Lattice.

Just started but like it for remote
What do you like best? Had numerous layers/options for cadences to check-in, get updates or have more thorough discussions What do you dislike? SO helpful during this quarantine/work from home season of our careers!
What do you like best? Being a current user lattice has been so helpful to keep myself on track while working remotely away from all of my coworkers. It has helped streamline process and makes me feel more connected and organized during this season of chaos. I am able to stay on task and make sure all of my day to day work is linking back to OKRs. Great platform to connect with manager and monitor job performance!
What do you like best? I like the easy-to-use interface which allows myself and my manager to add topics of discussion to our meeting. In previous platforms, meeting topics would always need to be mentioned within the meeting itself which can limit the depth of conversation (and some topics not being brought up at all). Great product, engaging and easy to use
What do you like best? We use Lattice to share praise and conduct performance reviews -- I like being able to nominate peers to review me so I have some visibility into who could be contributing.. the overall feel and the user experience is probably the best part about it. Great Software
What do you like best? Lattice is extremely user friendly. We haven't had any issues in our time with Lattice. What do you dislike? Nothing. This software is extremely intuitive and the ease of use is top notch. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We haven't had any issues thus far with Lattice. The performance has been phenomenal and has helped with 1:1s as well as performance reviews.

Great experience with Lattice
What do you like best? I like that you are able to clearly list and update your goals. I also appreciate how easy it is to stay organized during 1:1's with peers/managers and how easy it is so share feedback with one another. Additionally, I appreciate that I'm able to perform my quarterly and yearly reviews in Lattice.
