What do you like best? Now more than ever Lattice makes it simple to keep an automated pulse on what is happening on our team with constant feedback, and useful for 1:1 coaching sessions. Great Tool for the Multitasker
What do you like best? I love that I can set up my goals for the quarter as well as plan topics of conversations for 1:1 with my Site/Area Managers. It has also helped with my self review What do you dislike? I can not one thing that I dislike about this service What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to keep track of goals to help me grow as a Shift Lead.

What do you like best? The ability to see my goals for the quarter. By seeing them, when I provide my manager with updates, they are all related to my goals for the qtr. What do you dislike? Makes management meetings a joy
What do you like best? Simplified, streamlined approach. Leaves room for flexibility and expansion of features, but starts with the dead simple needs to haves. What do you dislike? iPad app is useless because it's vertical without landscape mode. Please fix this. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? 1:1 meetings. OKRs. Accountability for tasks.

Excellent Self-Refection
What do you like best? What I like best about Lattice is that questions on Self-Reflection help me to express my thoughts and feelings toward my work in a systematic way. Also, I'm able to rate my own performance step by step. With Lattice, I can plan my next month's performance, then share it with my Manager. Intuitive platform for a startup
What do you like best? The simple and streamlined interface in Lattice is fantastic. What do you dislike? I can't say there's anything that I don't like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Giving a really straightforward platform to give feedback. Haven't used a better one. It's just easy and not-cumbersome. That doesn't sound like a huge ask, but it's hard to come by.
