Making things easy

What do you like best? Smooth experience, navigation and general UX. Enables asynchronous interactions and organizes things that usually become text docs on people's desktops. What do you dislike? The UI for 1:1 planning could be more accessible, with buttons instead of droplists. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organising feedback interactions, setting up 1:1s with shared notes, creating history of peer-to-peer interactions.

Great for reviewing colleagues

What do you like best? I like the fact that we are able to judge ourselves, our manager, and our peers. Have a general overview of what's wrong and what's right, and be able to fix it thanks to Lattice. Lattice is wonderful!

What do you like best? I really love that lattice pairs with my calendar and sends me reminders when I have an appointment coming up. I also use this for follow ups and I love that I can add notes for upcoming meetings and it saves them from week to week and create goals inside Lattice. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Lattice is so easy to use and keeps me engaged in my own development. The product really helps me reflect on my own goals and allows for easy feedback from my manager. Easy to Use

What do you like best? It autosaves which is really nice when I forgot to save that one time and closed it. Easy to compare all my reviews. What do you dislike? The editor doesn't support pasted formats and I have to manually reorder things. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're using it to formalize feedback giving and review cycles. It automates a lot of things and makes managers' jobs easier.
