"Easy to use visual scheduling tool"

What do you like best about Later? Easy to upload visuals, and to see what you have scheduled without a lot of clicking in and out of menus What do you dislike about Later?

Dark Pattern cancellation process

I would give a lower review if possible 1. You can't get customer service if you are not a paid subscriber. 2. If you need to cancel you will need to go through Instagram to try and get their attention. And the person working may not understand. 3. They have continually billed me. I thought I had canceled in 2021. Realized this May that they are still charging, and refuse to refund me. 4. "Great for scheduling and finding best times to post"

What do you like best about Later? It gives you prompts as to when the best time for your business to post is. They are also developing AI tools that act as a ghostwriter for your captions - it's not perfect, but definitely a good jumping off point. The hashtag suggestions are useful too. I use the linkinbio function which is handy for tracking best performing landing pages.

"Helpful for client's who don't plan to post much and have tight budgets"

What do you like best about Later? I used Later for several years for my social media clients who were on tight budgets. The free accounts allowed us enough posts to get them visibility on platforms like Instagram and Pinterest but without the costs required by say - Tailwind.

No support for a paid service?!

We are PAYING for a service and only have a support option "chatbot" which helps with nothing obviously because chatbots don't work. This is almost criminal. We had a simple billing address update request and it took me ages. No thank you to this service, look somewhere else.

Absolutely no customer service

Absolutely no customer service, program errors all the time and the only way of communicating is via email. Avoid at all costs!

I was a customer for over 5 years and…

I was a customer for over 5 years and when I upgraded to add some functionality, noticed a couple of weeks later I was being overcharged. Support sent me a long list of instructions to reconfigure my account but refused to refund the money I paid because of "firm policy". Replies to my queries were very slow so I looked around & am using another service that is much better at half the price. The Later system is clunky & expensive.

Can you pls for gods sakes STOP sending…

Can you pls for gods sakes STOP sending me unwanted emails? I downloaded and deleted 1yr ago and never used it. You have since bombarded me with unwanted emails I have told you I don’t have your app. You insist I re-downloaded and delete my account. I do NOT have an account with you.
