Learning curve takes longer and there's many places to setup configurations. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Laserfiche? Love how the application is continuously evolving. I've created many forms and have automated processes in less than 2 hours. "Simple to use"
What do you like best about Laserfiche? It has complex systems that are easy to create, modify, use, and easy to teach to others. It has a very intuitive user interface. Complex systems can replicate difficult processes. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? Laserfiche seems to have a slight barrier to entry in that it's difficult to first get started. "Laserfiche is the duct tape of our agency."
What do you like best about Laserfiche? I like how easy it is to build new processes, forms, and automate and route things with flexibility. It doesn't stop with documents. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? Licensing can be a bit of a hurdle. Wish it was more site wide, which slows new adoption. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? Provides easier access to documents to all users and from many systems while avoiding missing paper documents.

What do you like best about Laserfiche? User friendly - easy to use and reliable What do you dislike about Laserfiche? OCR is good, not perfect. Sometimes we have trouble with documents not completely being OCRd What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping our document repository up to date and accurately and securely storing such documents

What do you like best about Laserfiche? Effective and efficient time has been cut in half for invoice entry and the documents are stored electronically. Amazing system for the purchasing and clerks departments. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? Would like more training offered in the help area within laserfiche to solve simple tasks. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? AI and forms are being set up and used to save time
