"Easy to use and created efficiencies with accounts payable"

What do you like best about Laserfiche? Laserfiche has allowed us to be organized with invoices and routing it through the digital process and prevent loss of paper or going back and forth. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? Nothing that I can think of at the moment. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? Allowing us to process payments sooner to our vendors and not lose invoices since it's all digital.

What do you like best about Laserfiche? The forms and workflows create great efficiencies and cost savings. The great functionality allows us to move projects forward that we might not have otherwise done due to staff shortages. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? What do you like best about Laserfiche? Laserfiche makes automating processes easy and fun. This tool has transformed so many processes in our City. We have automated our hiring practices and everyday forms for our Department. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? When limitations are not set properly, people can mess up the work you created. It's used daily by inexperienced users after minimal training. The developer is very active in their public forums to provide support as needed, on top of a broad provider base who also give great support. What do you like best about Laserfiche? Easy to access and upload documents to the system What do you dislike about Laserfiche? When files are too large it can take too long to upload or will even lock you out. Also when in the upload files, it does not allow you to delete. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to upload agendas and minutes for easy access search to our residents
