Nothing I've noticed yet, I would like our county to use more on the forms side. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? Looking up documents, saving our forms.

What do you like best about Laserfiche? We use it for record retention/archival. The system uses the file tree format, which is recognizable and usable by any computer user. Moving, copying, and pasting pages, documents, and file folders is easy. What do you like best about Laserfiche? I enjoy being able to destroy paper files by having a secure storage space digitally. It makes it easy to find the documents quickly. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? It has a large learning curve, however there is a lot of training available. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? We had a lot of paper files that needed to be retained. This allows us to not have to keep all of the paper files.
