What do you like best about Lark? It changed the way I collaborate with my team in latin america. The translation features make it easy to communicate even with language barriers, share complex docs, and join meeetings I couldn't join otherwise. It also has a free version of calendly that lets me share a scheduling link with my preferred meeting hours. No more late night meetings! I also really like the fact that it brings together chat, emails, calls and everything else in one app.

I manage workstreams across xfn colleagues across English and Chinese, and the translation tools are top notch a well. A lot of sensible design decisions and clearly empathy for use cases.
