LanSweeper - the best tool we have in our arsenal!
Lansweeper has significantly improved our response time to customer calls as well as investigation and awareness of how our end user devices and servers are functioning. Our very small IT team supports close to 1,000 users across the state and since we have been using Lansweeper the users are getting faster, real-time support!
