I basically live in Lansweeper. It keeps track of everything for day to day operations. I also have shortcuts to all my consoles, I have automated many of my diagnostic tools and have them attached. I use it to keep track of all my licenses which comes in handy when I'm audited every few years from Microsoft or I have to reinstall everything.
