I basically live in Lansweeper
I basically live in Lansweeper. It keeps track of everything for day to day operations. I also have shortcuts to all my consoles, I have automated many of my diagnostic tools and have them attached. I use it to keep track of all my licenses which comes in handy when I'm audited every few years from Microsoft or I have to reinstall everything. We've been using Lansweeper for 5 years now and this product has been a great purchase. Always improving the product and providing new features. You'll be hard pressed to find a product as diverse as Lansweeper!

This is a very useful tool but…
This is a very useful tool, but documentation is a bit lacking. The knowledge base isn't user-friendly, and keyword searches don't seem to really help, so you have to dig for everything or post to a forum.

Support is absolutely useless
Support is absolutely useless. Deployment support and configuration should be included. No support via calls or meetings, only email. The UI needs works as well. Search box is not very "responsive".

Lansweeper - my most prized "secret weapon
I was introduced to Lansweeper two years ago. Since then, Lansweeper has been a primary tool in my arsenal. I can't think of a feature that the program provides that we haven't used yet. We use this currently to manage more than 20k systems in several different countries and continually find new ways to use the system. Highly recommended.

We have only had it in operation for 7-8 months now, and the amount of unexpected information that we can access from it is astounding, and that’s apart from the basic info that we asked of it in the first place.
