"Best experience ever!"
What do you like best about LabiDesk? It takes like two days to learn all the stuff you need, and it is straightforward to teach too. The all-in-one shared inbox is the best solution to centralize all the conversations and keep track of the customer's issues. The layout is lovely and intuitive to use. An all-in-one solution for your help center
I've been using LabiDesk for a while and I absolutely love it. My team uses it as a help center. It's easy-to-use and has features: shared inbox, knowledge base, and many more. The UI needs some improvements. I highly recommend it!

"Great tool for customer support management"
What do you like best about LabiDesk? I run a small business and was looking for a simple solution to handle customer inquiries for a new project. I found Labidesk through Facebook Support Groups. All in one software to help you manage your customer support
Great all-in-one customer support tool. Love the team behind it they are open to feedback and listen to the users. Customer support is also helpful and they fix problems whenever I get stuck.

What do you like best about LabiDesk? Labidesk is a lifesaver. It's an all-in-one helpdesk software that lets me engage with my customers and get them the answers they need to be satisfied. Great helpdesk tool!
I like the ease of the dashboard, the UI/UX is good, I can access everything in one place. Making the ticketing system easier, and very rich in widgets such as ticket systems, help widgets, and even live chat that can help make the helpdesk system on the website easier for developers. But there's still a lot that can be improved, maybe the personalized help site can make a live view when editing, and drag & drop the unit will make the UX better. "Stop paying for individual software!"
What do you like best about LabiDesk? I have a team of 20 people to manage, and every 2 weeks, another set of 20 will rotate. I have never tried a tool before who can do that for you in such an easy fashion. Resetting teams and managing has never gelt so complete. Kudos for the very easily understandable UI. It's so good! "A good new help desk tool in the market."
What do you like best about LabiDesk? Unlike other helpdesk tool this even has a mini crm along with other functionality which is great. What do you dislike about LabiDesk? The Pricing is a bit on the higher side but that can be ignored too because of the features offered. What problems is LabiDesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping customers, generating more leads, building a better customer service.

What do you like best about LabiDesk? Finally a helpdesk that integrates with Shopify What do you dislike about LabiDesk? Chat box should be more customizable and be able to remove branding What problems is LabiDesk solving and how is that benefiting you? I can see my customer's order information when they complain about a product, instead of having to ask them.
