There are only a limited number of reward items available. At times, the most popular items are depleted. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? Kudos provides a quick and easy way to give praise and recognition. Colleagues receive Kudos quickly and can redeem immediately.

What do you like best about Kudos? Kudo's is easy to use, a great way to reward co-worker's for their accomplishments and accolades. What do you dislike about Kudos? I honestly don't see a downside, sometimes it can be a little hard to work through to find your rewards. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? No issues that I'm aware of.
