"Rewards"
What do you like best about Kudos? Being able to provide rewards to fellow co-workers. What do you dislike about Kudos? Wish it was easier to cash in rewards. Wish that it didn't take such a large amount of points before you can use them. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? It is a great way to reach out to co-workers that work in different sites than you.

What do you like best about Kudos? Kudos is a very good platform to recognise peers in small or bug teams either in IT or any other field. With kudos, we no need to wait for mid or year-end approsals to get manager or peer feedback. "Kudos gives one an opportunity to recognise colleagues for excellent job well done."
What do you like best about Kudos? I like how easy it is to use Kudos, I can easily find the colleague I intend to recognise in the drop-down list. I like how bright and colourful the recognition email is. It brightens my day and encourages me when I receive recognition. I believe others feel the same way. What do you dislike about Kudos? What do you like best about Kudos? Kudos allows you to recognize and be recognized for the work that is being done within your organization. Great team building system. What do you dislike about Kudos? I didn't find anything I disliked with kudos What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Kudos? The point can be redeemed for Giftcards. What do you dislike about Kudos? Not all Points can be redeemed into the Giftcard. Only full dollar amounts. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? I have not noticed any problems thus far.

What do you like best about Kudos? I like being able to show my appreciation for my coworkers. What do you dislike about Kudos? I can't really think of a negative for kudos. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to thank a coworker that has done something for you, who you may not see in person, is extremely beneficial.

What do you like best about Kudos? It always makes me smile when I receive kudos from a coworker. It makes me feel appreciated and valued as an employee, especially when the kudo's are not expected. What do you dislike about Kudos? I wish there were more levels than Thank you, Good job, impressive Exceptional. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? No business problems that I can think of.

What do you like best about Kudos? Kudos have an exciting interactive lifecycle for all employees in the same company worldwide, and it is a way/platform to encourage and show gratitude to others. What do you like best about Kudos? The most thing I like about this is I get to appreciate my co-workers. Our company is very big and appreciating each other builds one's confidence and encourages teamwork among colleagues. What do you dislike about Kudos? I wouldn't say I like that there are not enough rewards/companies to redeem the points gained/received from the Kudos.
