What do you like best about Kudos? Birthday reminders of all the members of organization at one place. What do you dislike about Kudos? Nothing recognized till now as disliked one. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? Kudos elevates the key points. Benefiting to thank someone without wasting time via email/meeting/opportunity.

"Kudos is a way to show and receive appreciation and allows for a variety of options for rewards."

What do you like best about Kudos? It's simple to use and easy to redeem your gifts/recognition. What do you dislike about Kudos? At times there are not enough kudos points to go around. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? It's allowing me to receive monetary rewards from my job for work well done in the way of gift cards, etc.

"Great way to acknowledge peers!"

What do you like best about Kudos? Recognizing peers is a must in business. Being able to do more than just say Thanks by assigning an actual cash value to the acknowledgment means even more. What do you dislike about Kudos? Remembering to give away all of my points requires setting a calendar reminder every week. It would be nice if the points could roll over month to month. "This is a great platform to recognize team members and colleagues for all see."

What do you like best about Kudos? The ability to tag others when posting. And the notification of Bdays and work anniversaries. What do you dislike about Kudos? Not sure currently as I have not had any dislikes that stand out enough for me to remember or truly dislike them. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? They have solved the ability to recognize for all to see how great and helpful someone is.
