"Great Program for Morale!"

What do you like best about Kudos? It is always fun giving Kudos to people who go out of their way to help you. What do you dislike about Kudos? I feel like the limit that you can give out per month is too low. Sometimes people deserve more than you can give. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? I can see Kudos making people more productive, and anticipation of possibly receiving Kudos for doing a good job is always exciting.

What do you like best about Kudos? I love that I am able to recognize my co-workers for all of the amazing qualities and skills that they bring to the table! What do you like best about Kudos? It was nice to hear praise from co-workers. What do you dislike about Kudos? It quickly became a popularity contest so certain people could earn rewards, one group of employees left almost meaningless comments in order to boost their scores and thus get prizes. What do you like best about Kudos? Enjoy that there are several options to use your kudos points on. The variability of options is nice. Also enjoy being able to celebrate my peers in a social media format. What do you dislike about Kudos? Occasionally the system locks up and there can be significant lag time to use. "Best High Five/ Fist Bump/ Great Job App EVER"

What do you like best about Kudos? This is by far the best app I have used within a company to give co-workers and the people I work with a high five, fist bump and thank you shout-outs. What do you like best about Kudos? The exposure among the entire organization for people who go above and beyond. Wide recognition. What do you dislike about Kudos? Not enough engagement from others. What do you like best about Kudos? What I really love is that it makes an easy and accepted way to tell people how I appreciate them. What do you dislike about Kudos? I can't think of anything. It's a great system. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes a little bit of a more formal way to recognize someone. Also it gives someone a way to put those thanks into gift cards.

What do you like best about Kudos? I like the variety of rewards that are available to choose from. The 1-month time frame to give points is ample time for things to occur which allow one to decide the impact someone else had on a particula task or project. What do you dislike about Kudos? Kudos doesn't figure into the HR Performance Review scoring. Also, if I have leftover points to give and no one deserves the points, I cannot allocate any to myself. Kudos are taxed via payroll.
