"Kudos is great at giving recognition."
What do you like best about Kudos? The fact that you can accnowledge colleagues who go out of their way to asist. Receiving kudos is nice to know that your effort were appreaciated /noticed What do you dislike about Kudos? What do you like best about Kudos? It's great for morale, public recognition, and letting coworkers know they are valued, while enabling a tangible and practical benefit through the rewards points redemption options. What do you like best about Kudos? I use Kudo Monthly. Where I cannot give physical rewards or apprecaition to colleagues, Kudo has helped me provide this recognition to oustanding colleagues and Teams easily. Also when I receive Kudos from other employees it makes me feel good with determination to do more. What do you dislike about Kudos? The user interface is a bit technical and less user friendly. What do you like best about Kudos? It's a good way to show appreciation to co-workers. What do you dislike about Kudos? It is a bit confusing technologically to get the notice to the co-worker. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps to show co-workers appreciation for what they do, which helps to keep them engaged at work.

Kudos provides a fun & inituitive platform for me to provide positive feedack, appreciation, welcome or farewell messages to team members or just to simply say Happy Birthday. What do you like best about Kudos? I love that it is easy to use, and there are a lot of different features. It's a very positive incentive at work. What do you dislike about Kudos? Maybe the only thing I would say is that there are a lot of reward options not in my area. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? Boosts morale within the company.

What do you like best about Kudos? You can give and receive compliments about your job I like that we get points and can get gift cards What do you dislike about Kudos? I don't think there is a downside I enjoy the Kudos What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't think it solves problems. But it is like a bonus. Much appreciated
