What do you like best about Kudos? It's easy to use and allow you to show you staff how much they are appriciated. The simple desine aloows you to implement and integate the program in to your monthly routine. The variety of features allows you to reward your staff with every achievement however frequent that may be. What do you dislike about Kudos? What do you like best about Kudos? Current events on property . Seeing which departments are getting recognized What do you dislike about Kudos? I feel like some may just issue them out to be on the leader of being the most sent out .. Hopefully that isn't the case Also, back of the house such as banquet set up or staff I feel get left out.. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping informed on Birthdays and Anniversary for employeees . Also Employee Recognitions

What do you like best about Kudos? I love to be able to thank colleagues and compliment them on various traits no matter where they are, no matter what time (I work at 4 am, and remotely, and never see some of them!) I also love to reward hard work, diligence, attention to detail, kindness, relaibility and many more traits over and over as our work together progresses and grows. Kudos is super easy to use. What do you like best about Kudos? Love being acknowldeged and being able to reach out and letting others know my appreciation. What do you like best about Kudos? Kudos is easy to give. Variety of ways to redeem the money. What do you dislike about Kudos? I don't see any. Not all are working great. No dislikes. Recommendations to others considering Kudos: Use it as much as you can. It is an awesome platform and very user-friendly. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Kudos? It is always fun giving Kudos to people who go out of their way to help you. What do you dislike about Kudos? I feel like the limit that you can give out per month is too low. Sometimes people deserve more than you can give. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? I can see Kudos making people more productive, and anticipation of possibly receiving Kudos for doing a good job is always exciting.
