What do you like best about Kudos? I love that this program provides a simple way to recognize coworkers and employees who go above and beyond at work. The app is very user friendly both on the sending kudos and redeeming kudos side of things. What do you dislike about Kudos? The only thing I dislike about kudos is that the points I have to give out to my employees/coworkers are "use it or lose it". Meaning that whatever I don't give out by the last day of the month disappear on the 1st. ...
