What do you like best about Kudos? Kudos is an amazing tool for recognizing your team and coworkers. A thank-you is nice. A public thank-you is better. I don't like that there is a limit of kudos points you can give to one particular person. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? Kudos allows you to give coworkers your appreciation with points to redeem items for doing a great job.

What do you like best about Kudos? You can pay for your car fuel using Kudos and petrol is expensive. What do you dislike about Kudos? Accumulating the points towards my target takes a long time. Recommendations to others considering Kudos: Recognise your peers when they are making great efforts and they will do the same. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? Recognition of your efforts in making the business better by your peers is always great.
