What do you like best about Kudos? It motivates employees to do their best and is a great way to be recognized What do you dislike about Kudos? There are no downsides to Kudos! This is a great platform What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? It motivates the team to work hard and it's wonderful for the managers to be able to recognize us this way

What do you like best about Kudos? The most significant upside is the ability to let others know how much they are appreciated. What do you dislike about Kudos? I have found that it isn't very easy to navigate. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? Not really solving problems, but I have found it helps make a connection with other employees.

What do you like best about Kudos? It shows appreciation from my colleagues and superiors What do you dislike about Kudos? For me, there is no dislike about Kudo's What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? It solves all our problems cause we show each other appreciation if we need help

What do you like best about Kudos? The platform allows for co-workers to appreciate each other by giving out points that make us feel appreciated. The rewards come in handy during the month because we can use the rewards to benefit us and cut-on bills somehow. What do you dislike about Kudos? Low priced as the reward points are rationed to 1:1 e.g 1 point is assigned to be equivalent to P1.00 which makes it difficult to accumulate enough points to redeem. Everybody wants their work to be recognized and appreciated and Kudos is one such tool to recognize, and appreciate employees by providing instant kudos points which can be redeemed when needed and anybody in the organization can provide kudos points to their people either as public or in private. What do you like best about Kudos? I like that kudos allows you to be very specific with your recognitions. What do you dislike about Kudos? I love everything! There is nothing to dislike about this software. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? Kudos is helping to solve lack of communication as well as improve recognition among employees, which helps strengthen our company's culture.

What do you like best about Kudos? Being able to choose the gifts I want, instead of getting gifts I may not use What do you dislike about Kudos? What do you like best about Kudos? Kudos is a simple and effective way to show appreciation to my colleagues. I like that I can redeem the points towards something I would want rather than some office trinket I would get in the past. What do you dislike about Kudos?
