What I like best about Kudos is that I get on, and in a few minutes, I can let anyone of my Co-workers know if I think they went above and beyond or just did a great thing. Kudos is a great place to stay InTouch with your co-workers and a great way to get in touch with co-workers that can improve your productivity and advance your career. What do you like best about Kudos? I like that you can acknowledge any on from the CEO to the Janitor What do you dislike about Kudos? I dont like that we only get so many kudos points a month and if not used from the previous month we dont get any extra. If we are to get 25 a month they should build up incase you want to give a bigger amount of points to each other. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? it is helping to improve worker morale
