What do you like best about Kudos? Kudos are great because there is a value attached to them, and you are able to redeem them to partners such as Nandos & Burger king and more What do you dislike about Kudos? It takes a lot of kudos to get to redeemable value What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? Colleagues not knowing how to show their appreciation to other colleagues. It benefits me cause it's very easy and convenient.

I love being able to thank my co-workers in a way that works for them personally since they get to choose how and where to spend their Kudos!
