"Kudos is a great recognition program!"
What do you like best about Kudos? I like Kudos because it's cost-effective, we get to say "Thank You" right away, and we don't have to buy a physical card! What do you dislike about Kudos? The only downside was we received a gift card but couldn't redeem it because the organization didn't send the minimum amount. This was during Hospital Week. There was some confusion on how to redeem a $3 kudos points. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? Benefits not just me but ...

"Our company loves Kudos, great way to show kindness is appreciated!"
What do you like best about Kudos? When another employee goes out of their way to help a pet parent, we can reward them, which is excellent! What do you dislike about Kudos? I work for Chewy, a more prominent company with many employees & the prizes are usually the same. When we do get new items, they go fast. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? Kudos shows us how to reward and stay positive in a cruel world.

What do you like best about Kudos? I love the fact that I can give someone recognization even for the small achievements. I can do this privately or in a group for everyone to see. Also I love that you can gain points and the reward is great. What do you dislike about Kudos? I have yet to meet a downside.
