What do you like best? Work Force Ready allows us to hire electronically start to finish which is a huge bonus when wanting to be paperless. What do you like best? Ease of process and user-friendly features. It's most helpful with time management. The upsides to using Kronos Workforce Ready are all that everything is all in one place and you do not need to use various systems to get different tasks completed. What do you dislike? What do you like best? That Kronos is accurate in time keeping. We were useing papertime timesheets for students but it was soley based off of the honor system. That it can be used remotly. What do you like best? I like the performance review module and position management. What do you dislike? It promises great functionality but not able to deliver. Constant changes make it impossible to manage What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are currently solving how to properly use HR Actions and positions. We find it very helpful to have all data in one place for HR and Payroll.
