UKG Ready is an user friendly system

What do you like best? UKG Ready is easy to use with the ability to easily create, edit, delete new timesheet and pay rules. What do you dislike? I don't like that I can't create one master report with all the columns available in UKG Ready. I have to export a few different reports and combine the data in excel. We are new at this and has been a great experience

What do you like best? I like the idea of a person doing there own time and taking responsibility. Our staff are not computer literate for the most part but like it because they are learning something new. Also reduced time for admin, What do you dislike? Multi-EINs this is the software for you!

What do you like best? Custom Multi-EIN functionality! It's amazing! What do you dislike? Automated email report limit 3500 rows - wish there wasn't a limit. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to process payroll for multiple EINS (13 companies) flawlessly and set-up different PTO policies, benefits, and other company specific items for multiple EINs. Best system for Multiple EINs!

Made Many Processes More Effecient

What do you like best? Ease of use (both as an Admin and as an employee). The integration tools available also make it easy to work with other products. With workflows and notifications, I spend less time double checking other users entries and making corrections. UKG Ready Supports Small Payroll Departments!

What do you like best? I am so thankful for the suite of products that UKG offers. We are a rural hospital with over 600 employees and I am the only person in the Payroll department. Being able to house all of our HR and Payroll documents in one system reduces the amount of errors, makes processes much more efficient, and allows for a lot more control. What do you like best? I appreciate how customizable the product is. The support team and the community support is great! What do you dislike? There are some small improvement areas needed in the backend. Not all fields are able to pulled into every report. What do you like best? Since the start of implementation 3 years ago till we were released to go it on our own, our UKG/Kronos implementation team felt like they were part of our staff. Even with submitting a case or asking Live Chat, I have always felt listened to and got answers to my needs. What do you dislike? I wish "ideas" didn't nee so many points to get heard. What do you like best? I really like the custom reporting. You are able to create reports unique to your job roll and tasks. What do you dislike? I dislike the new layout of the timesheets. It is not as user friendly since the last version. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having all the information in one module has been very helpful. The benefits of having instant changes throughout the whole system has been a game changer.

Great Inter-connecting tool - A company that seem committed to continual improvement
