What do you like best about Kronologic? Kronologic is really easy to reach high volumes of contacts quickly. We've enjoyed using it as a follow-up to our retention/renewal motions to ensure that our customers are getting the support they need, and the simplicity of the software and userface makes the benefits of those efforts far outweigh the time we put in. And all of the Kronologic reps I've worked with have been beyond helpful and flexible to my schedule.

What do you like best about Kronologic? The tool automatically sends calendar invites to points of contact for my portfolio of accounts on my behalf. The person can accept/decline/not answer but it at least helps me to register the initial touchpoint if the account is new.
