Horribly expensive product

Horribly expensive product. Our monthly product price went from ~$120/month to over ~$1100/month. You didn't misread that. It went from approximately $1,440 a year to over $13,000 per year. This is how they treat their customers. Customers you have been with them for years. I have also noticed reviews have been missing from this website. AVOID Kounta / Lightspeed at all costs. Choose a locally owned company.

It's have cost me high while purchasing rest everything is ok for me What problems is Kounta solving and how is that benefiting you? Whith help of this app I can create menus, track inventory, process payments, print receipts, easy integrate with 3rd party service.

What do you like best about Kounta? Its pretty easy for staff to use. That's about all that's good about it. A few of the support articles are useful when they match your needs exactly. Kounta is simply the best

PROS: Kounta is a very good application that is helpful and intuitive. It is sleek when it comes to the features it presents and is very up-to-date with its processes. It also works well with TYRO, making it easier for us to run our business efficiently. CONS: The interface needs improvement as it tends to slow down at times. Kounta is really smart, helpful and intuitive, it knows what it needs to do and is sleek, minamilistic but modern whilst keeping it modern and streamlining any process.
