"Great fraud prevention solution!"

What do you like best about Kount? - easy integration - many rule conditions to choose from - easy to use - many options to add custom reason codes/ user defined fields for further visibility and reporting purposes What do you dislike about Kount? - the datamart BI reporting tool is very buggy, slow, not optimized and limited What problems is Kount solving and how is that benefiting you? Improving the way we deal with fraud. Adding better visibility and confidently approving/decking orders

What do you like best about Kount? User friendly all the data is easy to read. Metrics to review or decline orders and easy to customize What do you dislike about Kount? Sometimes the data seems off. Had an Kount tell me a couple of times that an email was a couple of days old, but we've had orders from these customers for years. "Excellent Fraud Mitigation"

What do you like best about Kount? The support offered by Kount representatives. What do you dislike about Kount? Rule creation around velocity over time. What problems is Kount solving and how is that benefiting you? Problems are mainly ATO, Carding, working adding VMPI. Benefits include stopping fraud while allowing good customers to transact.

What do you like best about Kount? Kount gives you a lot of great information at a glance which allows you to make informed decisions on fraud management. They are continuously improving their systems and their customer service is top notch. What do you dislike about Kount? Kount only keeps order details for two years which can be slightly frustrating when you have an order on the VIP list, but don't know why. What do you like best about Kount? Ease of use and onboarding process. They have the best customer success team I have ever worked with. They helped us from day 1 until we were processing orders and then some. What do you dislike about Kount? What do you like best about Kount? The user interface is easy to navigate, and with the addition of 3rd party data providers you have enhanced validation, and ability to improve your decisions.
